All sales are final.

 

Exchange Policy


We offer a 30 day exchange policy. 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase without a written request for exchange, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

 

To be eligible for an exchange on a physical product, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

 

To be eligible for a full exchange on an event ticket, it must be at least 21 Days before the date of the ticketed event

 

Tickets that have been purchased within the 21 day time frame are only eligible if the exchange is requested within 24 hours of time purchase. 

 

Downloadable products are not eligible for exchange.

 

Certain situations where only partial credit exchange is granted (if applicable) are:

 

-Products with obvious signs of use

 

-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

 

Exchange Requirements

 

To complete your exchange send an email requesting an exchange to info@beautyandbliss.org including your Name, Contact information, and Receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Send your item (If applicable) to:

(Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer).

 

Once your email and/or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/credit.

 

Shipping

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
